It is a new and beautiful hotel. The location of the hotel is far from the metro station, but a taxi to the Duomo is about 15 euros. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked your hotel very much. İ would like to mention a negative note as the transfer to Malpenza airport, which I ordered by your hotel as a fixed price of 130 euros, cost me 150 euros, because the driver charged me that much money. This is not appropriate for a hotel like yours.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel, both inside and out! The design and ambiance were stunning, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Every detail, from the room to the service, exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely happy and satisfied with my experience here. I’d grade it a solid 10/10 – everything was perfect, and I can't wait to return!

The facilities are great. It’s newly opened so everything is good. Food at the hotel is amazing too and the staff is really kind. We were greeted by Janka and Giosué at the reception and they took really good care of us. There are many sharenow cars available right outside the hotel which makes the commute super easy.

Breakfast was amazing, I love that you all had turkey sausages since I don’t eat pork. Bed slept amazing and bathroom was nice!
